Refund policy

Because many Volleyball Gear products are custom-made or personalized, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return if unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
